Paul was born in Kentucky but grew up in Ohio like the rest of us fabulous theatre people. He was one of the best bosses I ever had and a great friend. I was going to light his next show for him and was totally ready to create some art together. He was friends with my mentor, Paul Daum, and was always there with a helpful word. He was one of my best friends and will truly be missed.
